Successful Landlord Representation!

I was in (virtual) landlord/tenant court today on behalf of a landlord client. The case was originally docketed in Essex County, where we were thousands down the cue and potentially had to wait years to see a court room while tenants could stay in the apartment without repercussion. Just a few weeks ago, the case was transferred to Monmouth County and the case was fast tracked before a Judge today. My client and I got the eviction that seemed like it would take years to come, and she was so elated, she did an Irish jig around my office.. joy well deserved!
