Trial Victory!

I was in court in Middlesex County on behalf of a used car dealer client. He sold a car to the defendant, who ultimately failed to make payments on the payment/financing agreement. The case proceeded to trial (one of the rare 1-2% that don’t settle) and we won the full amount of our claim! While settlement is always the preferred route, there is still nothing like sweetness of a pure unqualified trial victory in court!
