Andrew DeLaney opened his law practice in 2019. Since doing so, he has become one of the most skilled and versatile attorneys in the state and has successfully handled numerous complex cases across practice specialties. He has served as the attorney on dozens of successful real estate transactions, both residential and commercial and on both the seller and purchaser side. He has successfully defended multiple clients facing more than a decade in prison, on an array of charges including aggravated assault, domestic violence, burglary, and sexual assault, as well as clients facing less severe charges in municipal court. He has also handled complex litigation, including the successful defense of a pool architect sued for $300,000, and the successful resolution of a neighbor dispute that ended up in the Superior Court Chancery Division. He is licensed to practice in Federal Court and has also appeared before the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
In addition to being an attorney, Andrew serves as the chairman of the Morristown Republican Party, sits on the Advisory Board of the Great Swamp Watershed Association, is an active member of Morristown Beautiful, and serves as the Advocate of the Knights of Columbus, where he is a member of the 3rd degree. He is also a devoted Dad to his daughter Skylar.
Andrew earned his B.A. in political science from Syracuse University (2009) and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law (2013). He is a 2005 graduate of Delbarton School. He is licensed to practice law in the States of New Jersey and Texas.
