Union County Superior Court Win!

I was in Union County Superior Court in Elizabeth today with a client sued for almost $50,000. The case had a fact pattern befitting a law school exam - his children’s mother took up residence in his apartment after he vacated, yet the apartment was seeking the unpaid rental damages from him.
