Restraining Order Defense - New Jersey

I was in court in Passaic County on behalf of a client facing the imposition of a restraining order that his ex-girlfriend brought. Prior to the matter proceeding to trial, I (gently) explained to her the gravity of what she was doing and what a full trial on the matter would entail. She thought better of her decision and the matter was dismissed in its entirety. My client gets to move on without a stain to his record or reputation and can breathe easy at night.
