Parole Granted!

My client was facing over 30 years in prison NERA on a 10 felony count indictment. After I filed 12 pre-trial motions, along with an interlocutory appeal to the appellate division, we negotiated an off the charts favorable plea whereby 9/10 counts were dismissed and he pled to a reduced charge with the minimum sentence and immediate parole eligibility. Earlier this week, parole GRANTED his application after he has served less than 6 months in prison. His family was to the point of tears knowing their son is coming home with a new lease on life when it seemed all hope was lost!
